  • Can I do it even if it's my first time?
    Of course. Please rest assured that a SIJ certified instructor will carefully lecture and accompany you.
  • Can I do this even if I can't swim?
    We have life jackets available. Please rest assured.
  • At what age can you participate alone?
    You can participate alone from junior high school students and above. Please contact us in advance for children under elementary school age.
  • Are there any age, height, or weight restrictions?
    3 years old to 70 years old. There are no height or weight restrictions.
  • Do you have what you need?
    Clothes that you don't mind getting wet, towel, sunscreen, hat, and sandals. Feeling of enjoyment.
  • How many people can participate at one time?
    For 1 to 4 people. If you have more than 4 people, please contact us in advance.
  • Is there a meeting time/location?
    Please arrive at the meeting point by the start time of the reservation menu. Even if you are unable to make it in time for the meeting time, the event will end as scheduled.
  • How long does it take?
    SUP experience, SUNRISE, SUNSET 🏰about 1 and a half hours. ECO TOUR is about 3 hours. The required time includes approximately 30 minutes for reception, changing clothes, etc. before the tour starts.
  • Can I make a reservation on the same day?
    For same-day reservations, please visit the store directly or contact us by phone.
  • Will there be a cancellation fee?And when will it start?
    50% of the reservation fee the day before. On the day, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged. If the schedule is changed due to bad weather, even if it is the day before or on the day, there will be no charge, so please feel free to contact us. If the event is canceled in a situation where the event can be held, the above fees will be charged.
  • How do I pay?
    Cash, credit card, and PayPay are available.
  • What happens on bad weather days?
    We will notify you of the tour cancellation as soon as we know in advance. SUP is an activity that involves getting wet, so it is basically held rain or shine. However, if there is a risk of thunder or strong winds, the tour will be canceled.
  • Is there a parking lot?
    Please use the Wakoto Peninsula parking lot.
  • Is it okay to wear contacts or glasses?
    It's okay. If you are concerned, we also sell glasses straps.
  • How should I dress on the day?
    Please come in clothes that are easy to change into. If you come wearing your swimsuit inside, it will be easier to change into your clothes.
  • Are there toilets and changing rooms?
    Please use the public restroom in the Wakoto Peninsula parking lot. We have prepared a simple tent in the changing room, so if you need it, please change there. The store is currently under construction. When we are finished, we will have changing rooms and showers available. note that.
  • Are there lockers where I can leave my valuables?
    We only keep the car keys.
  • Can I bring my board, clothing, etc.?
    Of course it is possible. Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring your own.
  • Is there a guarantee if I get injured on tour?
    Please note that there is no guarantee in the event of customer error. [Example] Deliberately damaging equipment. Accidents between customers during the experience, etc.
  • Is it possible to rent boards?
    We have various rental options available for a fee. For safety reasons, we are targeting those who have passed the Japan SUP Instructors Association's badge test level 3 or above. Please contact us regarding badge testing.
  • Can I bring my pet on the tour (Dog Sup)?
    You can participate if you use my board. Please contact us first.
